How we use your information

You can complete both assessments without giving us any personal details. Your answers and your progress are stored only in your own browser, so clearing your browser data removes them.

We collect an email address only when you ask us to send a copy of your results. We use it to send that copy and, where you have separately agreed, occasional side-hustle ideas and updates.

When you submit the form we store your email address, the date and time, which assessment you completed, a reference to the saved copy of your result, whether you consented to marketing emails and when, the page you submitted from, and the version of the consent wording you saw. We do not collect more than that.

The email containing your results is a transactional message: it is sent because you asked for it, once per request. Asking for your results never adds you to a marketing list.

Occasional side-hustle ideas and useful updates are optional and require you to tick the consent box yourself. The box is never pre-ticked, and consent is never bundled with your request for a copy of your result.

If you ask for a result again later without ticking the box, an existing marketing preference is left exactly as it is. If you previously unsubscribed, we will not resubscribe you unless you actively opt in again.

When you ask for a copy of your result we save a snapshot of it and create a private link containing a long random token. The link is sent only to your email address and is never shown in a page address that identifies you. Anyone without the token cannot reach your result, and the link expires after six months.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also unsubscribe on our unsubscribe page using the link from an email. Unsubscribing never stops you asking for a copy of a result in future.

Subscriber records are kept for as long as you remain subscribed and for up to 24 months after your last request. When you unsubscribe we keep the record of your earlier consent and your unsubscribe request, so we can honour it and show that consent was given. Saved result copies expire six months after they are created.

Our website and database are hosted on Lovable Cloud, which provides the application hosting and the database that stores subscriber records. Emails are delivered by the email infrastructure provided with that hosting. Both process your information on our instructions only.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us by replying to any email you receive from us.
