Terms
Terms of use
By using Find Your Side Hustle you accept these terms. They are written in plain English and apply to everyone using the site in the UK.
What this service is
Find Your Side Hustle provides two free, rule-based assessments: a health check for an idea you already have, and a finder that matches your answers against a catalogue of UK side-hustle options. Every score, income range and recommendation is produced by fixed rules applied to the answers you give.
What this service is not
It is not financial, tax, legal, insurance or employment advice, and it is not a regulated advisory service. It does not take your full circumstances into account. Take professional advice before committing money, leaving work, taking on debt, or trading in a regulated activity.
No income guarantee
Income figures are estimates drawn from typical UK part-time operators. Your own results depend on your market, pricing, effort and many factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is a promise, projection or guarantee of earnings.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the answers you give, for checking any legal, tax, licensing or insurance obligations that apply to your idea, and for any decision you take after reading your results. Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it at scale.
Your data
Your answers are stored in your own browser. We only receive personal information if you choose to email yourself a copy of your results or send optional feedback. The privacy notice explains this in full.
Intellectual property
The wording, scoring logic, opportunity catalogue and design of this site belong to us. You may keep, print and share your own results for personal use. You may not republish or resell the content of the site.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change the questions, scoring rules, catalogue or these terms as the service develops. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business losses, lost profits, lost income or wasted expenditure arising from decisions you make using this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
