Refund policy

The Personalised Action Pack is a one-off £3.99 digital product. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Immediate digital delivery

Your pack is created and made available as soon as your payment succeeds. Before paying you confirm that you want it delivered immediately and that, once you have downloaded it, your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations no longer applies.

When we will refund you

• • You were charged but no pack was created or delivered.
• • The pack file is corrupted, incomplete or will not download.
• • You were charged more than once for the same pack.
• • The pack does not match the side hustle you selected.

If any of these apply, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the payment in full to the card you used, normally within five working days.

What we cannot refund

We cannot refund a working pack simply because a side hustle did not earn what you hoped. The pack is a research and planning tool built from the answers you gave; it is not financial advice and it does not guarantee income, demand or customers.

Lost your pack?

You can have your download links emailed again at any time — you do not need to buy the pack twice.
